London based(again!!) artist FKA Twigs plays a many roles in this “Two Weeks” video. If you take a glance, soon you’ll noticed her shiney presence and each of “small” dancers are doing sooo well. Yes, she just not only sing, she dances. She, FKA(formerly known as) Twigs also known as Tahliah Barnett is originaly a dancer, and she danced as backup of Jessie J, Beyonce. So of course she can dance, and her every videos her made got artistic visuals with a way of beautiful body moving.
She alreday relaesed “EP2” last year and first album “LP1” coming in this summer.
Can’t wait!
p.s. And I noticed this video was directed by Nabil and FKA Twigs herself too. Nabil is everywhere now. His major work were like “Higher” by Just Blaze & Baauer, “Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?” by Arctic Monkeys, and James Blake works and so on. He can make us feel something from artists without word & concept in our head. It seems he realize artists’ emotions and how to visualize the feeling. Great works!!
